Yalda Kazemi is a Speaker, Author, Mental Health Advocate/Educator and Policy Consultant aiming to break stigmas, shift perspectives and raise awareness about the realities of mental illness and foster a culture of wellbeing on an individual, family, workplace and community level. She is the author of the book, Unapologetic Truths: The Realities of Postpartum We Don't Talk About, and conducts corporate speaking sessions on mental health and resiliency. Personal experience overcoming severe postpartum mental illness led her on a mission to be a voice for those who suffer in silence, and to raise awareness and break stigmas associated with mental illness, particularly in the areas of women's mental health relating to perinatal/postpartum and perimenopause/menopause.
