I am a wife and mother of 3 children (Boadie 26, Bryce 25 and Jenna 23) and 2 fur babies (Esteban 13 and Gracie Rose 4). I am an Escalation Manager at UKG with over 20 years’ experience in the Customer Service, Human Resource and Payroll industry. I graduated with honors from University of Phoenix with a BA in Human Resource Management while working full-time and raising 3 kids. I am a Certified Payroll Professional with the American Payroll Association. I volunteer with UKGCARES as a cancer caregiver mentor. I am also a member of UKG PRIDE as an Ally and Rainbow parent. Outside of work I enjoy traveling and concerts with my husband and family.
